"Came in to get a trailer tire leak fixed. Professionally greeted and laughed WITH me at my situation. I was returning with a customer's trade in for a new one that I had delivered. After taking down my information, I was able to pull inside for the needed repairs. The tire Tech asked a few questions,politely asked me to wait in the waiting room and promptly went to work. Repairs were done in about 30 minutes, I was fortunate that I didn't have to wait. The repair bill was about the same as our regular tire repair shop back in Watertown SD. They take all major credit cards and are open 24 hours weekdays,not sure about Sat or Sun. This was my first time at the tire repair place and nice to know that they also have road side assistance."
"Iowa. They had sushi and the cleanest bathrooms we’ve seen in a travel center yet. They had bidets! Tons of toys, hunting gear, samurai swords, pizza, Lucille’s chicken hot, cold meatballs and mashed potatoes to go, clothing and garden decor. But no state magnets."

"I was so happy that Sapp Brothers were open and able to help me on a Sunday. I came in to get a radiator hose replaced and they were able to help. Was told they were done. I paid my bill and off I went. After I made my delivery I checked my hose and this was the mess I found. Hose was short, the rub spot/hole in last hose was not made so it wouldn’t happen again and all my hoses/ wire ring were left dangling for DOT to write me up. Thanks Guys."
