"Called for Daikin warranty support and Mark came out the same day. He said he needed to order parts, which would be delivered in two days. Two days went by and that's the last i heard from him. Left over a dozen phone messages and text messages with no response. Now a week behind on the repair during August in Picayune. Hope Mark is OK."

"I I met Mark he was nice and professional with me so I am not so sure the company that sent him is good. He was sent by choice home warranty and they reassigned my claim and started all over saying he refused to provide equipment and told them my attic was too hot and there no shade to work in for the ac. I have fou d out it was not on Mark and his company but on Choice, I know now they are garbage, I would use Marks company again, I will be dropping choice warranty though as this is not how to do buisness and blame the contractors and upset the clients at them and not taking responsibility. Sorry Mark for what they put us both thru and how i worded the original reveiw"
