"She used to be the very best. She is a master groomer, was a great teacher and has won a lot of prizes throughout her long career. She is a very kind hearted lady and would never hurt an animal on purpose. But last time I worked for her, she was starting to lose her memory, and I was concerned about her showing signs of dementia. This was about 3 years ago. Please don't bash her, although I understand that you wouldn't be happy if your services weren't provided as expected."

"Do not use this facility. I’m not sure what is wrong with the owner/groomer. She didn’t know if my dog was boarded or groomed when I picked him up. She said she didn’t wash or groom him but he had a bow in his hair. The one thing I and my daughter stressed not to cut, she did even though nothing else was done. We are thankful our beloved puppy made it home safe and alive. I would never trust a pet here."

"The older lady is very sweet and kind but my friend had her dog groomed here and was so embarrassed to tell the lady she did a bad job because she’s kind but it was awful. The hair is incredibly choppy, uneven, and lazy looking. It was not worth paying 45$ for a small dog. Definitely will not be going back."
