"Had Tylen come out to repair after our A/C stopped working. He told us that the capacitor was bad and replaced it. Charged $390 Well 5 weeks goes by and the A/C completely stopped working. Had to call another company to get a second opinion. Come to find out the real reason for the A/C failing was a leak In the evaporator coil as well as a bad TXV valve. Company that came out stated that this issue should have been noticed while assessing issues 5 weeks prior also stated that all brass caps were never replaced. Tried communicating with Tylen over everything that happened and all he wanted to do is say that the new company is trying to rip me off and stopped communicating with me. Well here I am with my husband deployed overseas, a home with no A/C with pets/a child. Have to stay in a hotel because the house is 86 degrees while we wait for parts to fix the unit properly."
