"I learned it's critical to take care of the outside of your house, particularly drainage. Weak drainage can certainly lead to foundation problems. I found out about the Olshan from a neighbor. I ended up getting them to divert the water into the right location rather than straight into my home's foundation. I tried a few DIY with piping from a hardware store. It was a waste of time. Once Olshan arrived , I knew the professionals were here. It was absolutely worth the cost and instantly improved the value of my home to me and to any future buyer. Austin, Soato and crew were clearly experts with the necessary equipment and a plan. For me, it paid off immediately. Two days after they finished, huge rains unleashed and the drainage they put in place worked like a charm. I'd rather have this peace of mind than new furniture, or any iinterior upgrade. If you have these kind of problems, my advice is do not wait. Olshan was the answer for me."
