"Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Handsboro Cleaner. I dropped of several items for a simple dry cleaning. When I came back the next day they were still sitting there. When I came back the day after that the woman had attitude and said a fill in was working the day before, and proceeded to gripe about interoffice politics. She then told me extra work had to be done and they wouldn't be ready until the next week. So the next week I come back, and the items are unbagged, still dirty, and with an even higher price than I was quoted. I didn't argue because her attitude was so poor it would have gone nowhere. Now I have to take them across the street to have it done right. At least their prices are much better and they have a friendly demeanor. No apology, no discount for extra wasted time, just more attitude. I could have overlooked any one of these issues, but not all 3. I definitely won't be back."

"I dropped off a dress on a Monday was told it'd be ready on Tuesday evening. I waited until Wednesday to pick it up; was told it was sent to another store for cleaning and would be back at the store the following day. I returned to the store Thursday, it couldn't be found. I was told to call Long Beach store who reported that the item was probably sent to the wrong store, but give them 3 weeks to locate it and if not found they'll pay for the dress. I informed the lady the dress was needed for Saturday and was told, "Well Ma'am, you have to give us time to locate it." The dress was eventually found on Thursday evening and when I went to pick it up on Friday, I was charged $23+ (I didn't mind paying for the service but there was no apology or anything for the inconvenience)."

"Absolutely top-notch couldn't be better. They cleaned some clergy clothing for me that goes over the top of a robe it was gold and White Satin with beading, and they did beautifully and didn't lose a bead. Furthermore I'm in a walker and they came out to the car to get it and brought it back out to the car to deliver it. Just as wonderful the price didn't even require sacrificing one of my fingers, it was under $5! You can't find any place better"

"Bought a brand new $350 suit from Dillards and had it altered there before picking it up. Brought it straight from the store to the cleaners just to have it damaged across the entire shoulder causing it to be discolored. Didn’t notice until I was outside at my daughters funeral. I will never use this place again."

"I dropped off 9 pieces of clothing (suits, slacks, tie etc) to be dry CLEANED. All articles of clothing came back the same. I left them to be cleaned again. Slightly better, until i get in the sun light. I come home, take a damp cloth to my jackets, scrub them. Now my clothing is mark free. Please save your money and go elsewhere."
