"I recently had my rings resized, and I’m giving 3 stars just because my family has been doing business with this Zales location for as long as I can remember and when you need anything done, it comes back looking brand new-otherwise my rating would be a little lower. When you go to a jewelry store, you expect a certain level of class and poise from the employees, but I’ll just say I will not be coming to this location anymore. It doesn’t feel like a luxury experience like it used to, which it should because you’re spending good money. It honestly feels like the jewelry department at a pawn shop with the employees who are working there now. The manager is also extremely pushy in an off putting way."

"I was trying to get ring trade in price from a young man, who was trying to be very helpful, but Angelica the lady inside zales was rude and not helpful at all! Tried to rush me out because she assumed I was not going to buy anything! She was saying a number off the top of her head and not an accurate price! I told them to give me my paper and ring and I will go to mobile. I have never felt so unwanted in a store ever to leave a review! She needs to be held accountable for her actions and the way she works in customer service."
