"I was charged about $450 to replace a kitchen faucet and remove an old 20 gallon hot water tank. The faucet was the cheapest they could find. Now they were about 20 miles away so I get the traveling expens but what a rip off."

"I called them for an issue with toilet not flushing. They pinpointed the issue over the phone. They sent out a crew to run new field line and things are working great! Im giving them 3 stars because one of the crew hit either my gas tank or house with the heavy equipment and NEVER said a word."
