"the staff cuss alot, painting peeling off the walls, stains on my blanket and sheet. having to use the bathroom with the door open and sharing it was 6+ other girls. having to undress infront of staff. disgusting food. they lost some of my belongings that i have been begging for. its cold and not therapeutic at all. oh and one more thing, a girl had multiple seizures there and the nurses and techs were not helping at all. they were trying to get her to talk knowing shes not verbal at that moment and they knew she was allergic to cherries which was the cause of seizures."

"I went to visit a family member, it was our first time visiting and I believe there were staff training at the time, my family and I walked through metal detectors and was seated to wait for our family member, the lady who walked our family member in was very rude and loud, very loudly she said we could not have our cell phones and that we needed to take them out of the building, i told her that no one told us we couldn’t have them and being that it was our first time visiting, my family member expressed to me that staff is always rude and yelling, i think this place need to reevaluate their hiring process and really take a look into these people who are caring for people thats in a state where rudeness and ignorance is not what they need, remember you as a staff member are there to help these people bad enough they going through what they going through and people are just being mean and rude go find another job because clearly this place is not for anyone. This is all im going to add because my family member is still there, but after that I decided to come on here and check the reviews, and i have not seen a good review at all, all i read is how horrible the staff is, and i also experienced a little of it myself so i can imagine what the patients are go through, also i was told that its one teen who’s allowed to bully and beat up everyone and nothing gets done about it, there’s a fight almost every day! Not good at all. Code green was called during our visit as well."

"This place was horrible and traumatizing for me and all of my friends. The staff we unprofessional and even got into fist fights with the girls there. The phlebotomist was horrible popping my veins the whole time and hurting me causing me to loose blood. I went there on December 13 2023 for 6 days the staff stepped on my glasses and would call me names. I was physically attacked by a girl and they thought it was a good idea to set me in a room with eachother exactly after when she was still mad to “talk it out”"

"This review is in part a message for the music therapist while I was there I want to say her name was Ms. Lindsay, but it was two years ago. On my last day before release, she came for an extra group to show me the song The Rose by Bette Midler. It was the first time I ever heard it. I was there because of an abusive relationship and while there were bad staff the good staff made the differences. I will never forget it and I still listen to that song two years later and remember I am worth what I need. I hope she sees this."
