"This 75-year-old woman with a history of mental instability engages in unscrupulous practices as a Chihuahua breeder. She breeds oversized Chihuahuas that don't conform to breed standards, solely driven by the desire to make money for her livelihood. Her actions reveal a complete disregard for animal welfare, as she subjects the dogs to poor neglect and abuse in overcrowded and unsanitary conditions. In addition to mistreating her animals, she resorts to deceitful tactics to scam potential buyers. After accepting deposits from unsuspecting customers, she conveniently "forgets" their transactions and denies any knowledge of their deposits, leaving them both financially and emotionally distressed. This woman's actions exemplify an unfortunate and unethical side of dog breeding, resulting in harm to both dogs and hopeful pet owners."

"We received the most beautiful puppy from Lucas Chihuahua on June 12, 2021. I was notified when the litter was born April 14, 2021 and I was able to watch my puppy nurse the first time, eat his first slurry of dry food as well as his first eating kibbles. I watched while he and the other three puppies played and grew up until a few days before going to get him. I was so in love with him before I ever held him. We were number 6 on the waitlist, moved up and our new chihuahua puppy Camellia Rose is part of our family now. Stephanie kept in touch all through the process.
