"All facts, no opinion. My company was a subcontractor on a pool job for Seabreeze Pools/Brian Lowery in October 2020. We completed our work as requested. We still have not been paid in full as of November 17, 2021. I have been in contact with the owner of the pool, and last information I had was that the pool and associated work have never been completed. RUN AWAY from this company. Far, far away. We will never work for them again."

"This pool contractor was very hard to communicate with and did not complete my pool. He was very unorganized and did not do any of the work himself. About the only time I heard from him was when he wanted to be paid for work by some other pool company. The few times I actually saw him he would tell me how much his other customer’s were upset with him. He comes off as a easy going person that you can work with but does not come through."
