"Great worker's, and friendly"
"Evening receptionist is very rude and should not work in customer service. From her lack of customer service skills, I would never recommend anyone to go to this location. The tax prep agents were nice but 1 bad apple will spoil the bunch. I spent the entire day at this location and still didn't get my taxes done. I refused to proceed due to the receptionist unprofessional comments."
