"I have four accounts with Ferrell... if you don't start to take Discover I will move my accounts elsewhere.. the service is slow in my area as well and the gas is typically more expensive that some of the others"

"We have been long patrons of your gas company without any incidents; however, our most recent experience was horrific, Specifically, the wait on delivery (could be atleast 3 days or more) with us having to wait without an approximate time, an unscheduled visit by delivery person that we were not aware of; normally we would be home or leave check under hood. The amount of gas delivered was incorrect, I called to change amount from 180/gals to 250 gals, which was reconfirmed with whom ever took the order, but when gas was delivered it was for only 180 gals. The delivery person did take check for $600. There was no communication from your company re: what happens to extra money. We were told that our VIP status means nothing. Did your company have a turn over of new people because your team showed no concern for providing professionally, respect for the customer and providing an atmosphere for us to return. After numerous calls we were never told about the decrease in price, which could have been a concerted effort to keep our business!"

"I have one complaint. Ferrellgas often offers bonuses or price reductions. However, it is difficult to tell if they are applied. I am told, "Oh, you will receive that next time"."
