"It's shameful how poor the customer service at this post office has become. Management at Headquarters downtown should really take a look at what's happening at this location. They are not responsive to the taxpaying public--not even answering the telephone nor responding to emails."
"The workers at this location is so disorganized I've put in hold mail request and even forward mail requests, and still the current resident is still receiving mail for me. I have tried doing all that I could to get my mail problems handled and yet they continue to deliver my mail to the wrong address."
"I had a package misdirected to this post office four times. They sent it back to the main post office in Jackson 3 of those times so it would be sent to me. I was finally able to find a direct phone number for this post office to talk with them about te package. They we very helpful and held the package for me until I arrived to pick it up. THANK YOU!"
