"This really deserves 0 stars. Jackson Ms post office I’ve never had problems with sending packages but as soon as it make to your facility it went missing for days. Yall destroyed my box that had person family things in it because you tried to steal what was in the box but as soon as you seen my dead grandmother picture on one of the items you tried to cover up by making a fake excuse with the box. I always send ALL of my packages in the same type of box to other people and this has never happened before."
"I wish I could put no stars. I've noticed packages would move smoothly in other states and quickly. As soon as it hits THIS facility it will get ``lost" or it will sit for a week or so.. This facility is horrible. Other major cities 5 times bigger than Jackson manage to be on time. But, its mighty strange they get LOST or sit at this facility . I ordered my packages on the 12th and here it is the 22nd and its showing its being sent in all directions and then back to their facility to get processed again ."
"If your mail comes from this post office lower your expectations on timely delivery, especially during football season. The mail carrier may show up and when they do it's close to 5. Informed delivery and a PO Box out North or in Madison maybe."
"Good evening, the postal service in our metro area is not reliable. USPS offers informed delivery, I have used this since it has been rolled out. It has always been reliable. Once I receive a scan for each day I receive the mail that same day too. This is no longer the case. I am now being told by customer service representatives that it’s just an indication that it has arrived in the distribution center. The mail is now taking up to two weeks or more to arrive to my personal mailbox once it has been scanned. I have submitted requests for lost mail. After this time I will do my best to not use the postal service for anything. If this was a problem that happened once in a while I would not be so upset. However, this now a regular issue with the postal service."
