"First it was going to cost just about $200 or more to do our taxes, then I forgot about my husband doing door dash for only about two weeks and the woman made me feel like I lied saying the next place we go to we need to tell them everything, not to leave out jobs like door dash either because they're already gonna know about it anyway. I was not lying, it was only two weeks, sometime in the middle of last year and I was really exhausted today and couldn't think straight. I saw a lot of good reviews and thought it would be good to try but I didn't have a good experience at all. She even kept telling us not to go through our cash app to do our taxes, to do turbo tax, ECT. I understand giving advice about what place is good or a good site to use but if we want to try through cash app, that's our choice. Bad experience altogether."

"Overall I was generally pleased with Mrs. Falconer, the lady that prepared my taxes. However, I do feel as if a tax service shouldn't be in the middle of such an open public venue such as Walmart. After my experience last year, I did choose to take the cheaper route this year and use the online services myself. In general, I'm still pleased with the Hewitt pricing and look forward to continuing business with them."
