"Very unresponsive. Worked at Walmart, where I was supposed to receive a $100 e-gift card. Instead the woman who did my taxes misspelled my wife’s last name, and then put the wrong email address. Now I have spoken with the manager 3 different times as well as their corporate to get this resolved only to not receive any information from this company. Absolutely horrible. Last time I try to get my taxes done professionally. This establishment is anything but."
