"Never had a problem with people, but the charge for printing a label is ludicrous. As a previous review stated go to Office Depot r Sorg printing on Automall Parkway in D’Iberville it’s 25 cent. I will use this store again, but not for labels."

"I just recently moved here from Florida and needed to ship a few things back home and utilize their fax service. The employees were busy helping other customers but I was still promptly greeted with a “good afternoon, we will be with you in a moment”. The service was quick and easy. The employees seemed cheerful and willing to help. As a previous employee of The UPS Store in Florida I was extremely pleased with the customer service and would definitely recommend this location."

"If there was less than one star that is what i would rate this location. I ship a lot of packages and each time the service is horrible. Their is a blonde, curly hair white women as well as a young, black woman that are very rude. Today they held true to their terrible guest experience. Not only did I have to pay for my return request to be printed, which was fine, but while Crystal sat in her seat and bossed me to take it out of the copier and bring it to her as well as the other guest that was waiting to ship her package. So I brought both shipping labels to the employee so she could finish my transaction. Its not just a lack of customer service, it is pure rudeness from these employees. Managed horrible. I am not the first to recognize this. Will never ship from this store again."
