"I have trained here for 1 year and 4 months and have to say there has never been an environment where I feel more welcomed to in my life. The amazing instruction by both Ryan and Briuana is top notch. The amount of respect and perspective they give you from day one is phenomenal. Their kids program isn't just about teaching your child martial arts it is about teaching them how to be good human beings and giving the children the ability to defend themselves and others. I have seen the change in my own children going from being afraid to speak up to standing up for not only themselves but those around them. The adult classes are just as phenomenal I can't praise the instructors enough for what they have done for my family and how they have shaped us in the last year and a half. "Being in the military and moving place to place can be a challenge. I found this school by pure luck and it has been one of the best choices I have ever made. I’ve trained on and off for years and the energy, atmosphere, people and respect are top notch! From the very beginning, it is a welcoming environment where it is training partners. Whether you have no experience or have trained before this is the right setting. Everyone was extremely friendly and made for an incredible experience! Professor Ryan is one of the best teachers I have ever been able to train under and with. He breaks things down and gives multiple different options to a position. He understands and takes time with any questions you may have. For the combatives Instructor Briauna is an amazing instructor as well! She is hands on and it shows in the detail and fundamentals that the students gain as they transition to the advanced class. I don’t review a lot so me taking time out of my day to review this school speaks volumes to how this place has helped me grow not just as a student, but as a person inside and out! 10/10 would highly recommend going to this school!"
