Our science-based program combines multiple Martial Arts styles with in-person training, testing, and competition to promote physical activity, personal growth, resilience, and community.
We offer programs for children as young as 4 years old, introducing them to Martial Arts in a fun, game-based environment. Our certified instructors are skilled at working with younger children and ensuring a safe learning environment. We prioritize safety above all, with instructors trained in Sport Safe safety protocols to minimize the risk of injury.
Our welcoming process ensures that new members integrate smoothly into our community, with peer partners assigned to help them feel comfortable and included. Our flexible schedule allows training times to adapt to any lifestyle, with the option to join offsite in addition to in-person classes. Our program is tailored to each student's pace, with regular assessments and personalized guidance to help set achievable goals.
At Tiger-Rock Martial Arts, we emphasize values of respect, teamwork, and self-control. We have a strict no-bullying policy and promote using Martial Arts for self-defense and fitness, not aggression. Our goal is to instill positive values and skills in all our students, helping them grow both on and off the mat.
