"Beware of these guys. I handed over 13 properties to them to manage. Some of which had tenants and some didn’t. They claimed the tenants never returned Calls to them regarding rents… the number Evernest provided wasn’t even in service and tried to blame tenants for not contacting management about rents. They “onboard” properties in the worst possible way. Some of my vacant homes hadn’t even been walked after 35 days of management by Evernest. “Fred” at Evernest Jackson might be the biggest embarassment of a “manager”. I highly urge everyone to avoid this company at all costs."

"I have had the privilege of working with Ms Nohemi and she has been a God sent she actively listen an responded in a quick manner she always made sure everything was handled and always checked back to make sure it was completed. Evernest might nit respond just so quickly but I must say they do try an fix things and one thing I can say I have never had a bad customer support or bad maintenance person or anyone that came to repair they have always been very professional. I would like to say thanks to Logan, James, Terrance an Karla just a host of professional and nice people."

"Update: I heard from a neighbor that there was a recent change in management at this agency. I can not confirm if this is true or not, however I can say that the difference in customer service has been night and day. All of my previous maintenance issues have been addressed and at a rapid rate. I hope that this continues moving forward. Because of these improvements I am changing my review from a one star to a four. Old Review: This leasing office is the worst place to rent with that I have ever experienced. They have recently refused to complete any maintenance work that I have asked them to do. For the past FOUR DAYS my neighbor and I have had backed up sewage in our toilets and bath tubs. I cannot use the bathroom, take a shower, or wash my clothes. What ever you do, DO NOT RENT WITH THEM!!! They still gladly take my rent though!!"

"Carlos Ortega was a very big help through out my whole moving experience. He was always there to answer my questions and made transitioning to a new home easy for me. He also accommodated my move-in due to my busy work schedule. Carlos is a rockstar! Thank you Evernest."

"Absolutely horrible experience with Evernest property management. After they messed up our start date (requiring us to rely on others for living arrangements) they did not check the home prior to live in. We noted several instances of cockroaches and other bugs, and the cabinets were full of rat feces. We were not able to move in due to this and are still unable to receive a response on a refund (once again had to rely on others until we could move in). They sent a general maintenance worker over to our location to fog out and spray the area. They did not send a professional cleaning service out to make sure it was actually sanitary. Our property manager has been telling us for the past 2 weeks that she will ask about a refund, no response. Evernest has been unresponsive through this entire process and rude overall, choosing not to answer the phone after being notified of issues. I wish we had not signed with this company, their lack of professionalism and humanity in resolving issues is astounding. Our hot water heater went out last night and they will not provide us a timeline for getting it fixed or getting a new one. This is not even all the issues we have had, I just don’t have time to list them all. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have been through with a company."
