"Probably the worst service we've received. To start things off, you can't even rent from them without spending a MINIMUM of $160. That includes their annoying $10 off code they try to send if you don't immediately submit a purchase. Next, they claim they will call or text you the evening before to coordinate drop off and set up of your rental. This is a lie. We received zero communication from them and woke up the morning of just to find our stuff randomly sitting on the side of our house, so of course, they didn't even set the stuff up. Oh, and we didn't even get what we ordered. We submitted our order for the nicer white plastic tables, what we got were nasty, beat up, and falling apart wood and metal tables that could barely stand on their own and the chairs were broken. Lastly, when we tried calling, they didn't answer and the voice-mail says to text, so that's what we did. Surprise, surprise, we never got a response or a call-back. Worst rental experience, I highly suggest never renting from this company, they are horrendous."

"I contacted Biloxi and immediately received correspondence via text. They were prompt in answering phone and questions, regardless of time and very courteous. The set up times were early and done quickly. To the good part, we ordered the Oasis water slide with the pool and it was gigantic and sturdy! Much bigger than I thought. It was for my daughter's 10th birthday party and it surely was a hit! The kids loved it. They couldn't stop talking about it. They played until they were too tired and they played some more the next day. What I love is that you get a couple days to enjoy for the money! Overall, it was excellent from start of transaction to end. The most important part, the kids had a blast and there were laughter all around!!!"

"I cannot say enough good things about this company… but I’ll try anyway. I’ve now rented from them twice. The first time was last September (the water slide combo pictures), and my experience was so great with them, I knew exactly who I was going with for my other kid’s birthday last weekend March 2022 (sport bounce house pic). Everything is so easy and seamless and very competitively priced. Both times I scheduled pretty last minute, and still had ample selection! This is particularly notable since both times were during school breaks when I thought for sure I’d be out of luck. But nope, both booked within 1-2 weeks of event time. All paperwork and invoices very thorough and easily accessible. Their delivery and pickup is more than punctual and very fast. This last rental was due to come to me on a day when we had really bad storms in the morning. Within MINUTES of the storm passing, they were calling to tell me they were on their way to deliver! You really can’t get better customer service and quality than what Biloxi Bounce House & Rentals offers. Oh and I live pretty far out, and while I have to pay a delivery fee, it’s nothing outrageous, very understandable, and they never complain about how far out I am. They have a committed customer in me and my family. There’s just no stress at all when renting from them. Anyone who gives this company less than 5 stars is wrong.
