"No mailboxes, playground, or community center, but plenty roaches, black mold, and constant civil rights violation against residents. Utilities not paid in a timely manner, if at all, with HUD allowances. Neighbors are more fun & friendlier than news would have you expect. Truly a tight-knit community."
