"Lost air-conditioning in the middle of June. Went without it for 22 days. During which I had family visit due to my wedding happening in July. The management was awful about the whole experience and didn't even completely fix the issue until after my family visit had started. We had to pay out of pocket to live in a hotel nearby. Also, they wouldn't upgrade the infrastructure that helps provide internet and cable services. You can't get good internet speed no matter the package you have because the old cable equipment can't handle it. As far as I know, it's still not been upgraded (I know someone who works for Comcast.)"

"These people are so hard to work with. They constantly add on fees when they can find the opportunity. Milton the head manager has been rude and inconsiderate in the way he speaks to his residents. I would never recommend that anyone live here. And not just because its an overpriced dump."

"*DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The location is superb!! Everything is nearby BUT!!!!!! the apartments are literally falling apart. Our baseboards have separated from the floors by about 2 inches because the foundation has shifted. It literally feels as though the floor will cave at any moment. We had an infestation of stink bugs and huge tree roaches. The water was still being temporarily shut off (even though we pay for water now). Two years in a row, the pool would only be open for like 3 months and then they would say it was messed up and we couldn’t use it anymore. NOW HERE IS THE WORST PART!!! Our move our date was OCT. 31 but we began moving our items the weekend before. They took it upon themselves to begin painting and remodeling on the 30th. TECHNICALLY this is still rented out to us and you are in here doing work for the next person. AND THEN.............. We had a ups/fed ex package set to be delivered on the 31st (still within our lease date). For some reason the driver couldn’t deliver it and it got dropped off on NOVEMBER 1st. Their contractors STOLE our package (which was a pair of YEEZYS) . The covered for her and said we were just accusing her and didn’t see it, UNTIL my husband caught her red handed walking down the sidewalk with OUR SHOE BOX! They opened our mail and stole the shoes from out of it. He immediately went outside, opened her car door (because she jumped in and tried to drive away), and took our box back. THE CRAPPY MANAGEMENT & on on site SHERIFF blamed him for leaving a package behind and said it was all our fault. They never apologized or admitted that she was in the wrong for stealing it and OPENING OUR MAIL!! That’s two charges!! The lady also went inside the office and LIED and said my husband put his hands on her before retrieving our package. When he called her out for lying, she couldn’t say anything. She just looked. And the management STILL SIDED with her and NEVER APOLOGIZED!!! I have never been so disgusted in my life by the way a business is being ran. We were about to press charges but at the last minute decided to pray on it and let God handle that situation. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! The great location is not worth it!! I’m seriously trying to help you not waste your time or money living here. I hope this helps someone out. Everyone in our side of the building moved out very quickly (6 months) because many of them were having some of the same problems. We lived there the longest and saw people constantly in and out because of the poor upkeep and poor quality of the complex."

"I have been living here for 3 yrs, and it really has been a great experience. The community here is calm, pleasant, and clean. Love the fact that I can go to the park in the morning and shopping in the evening. The location is very convenient to every need."
