Lakeshore Landing

"I move to Lakeshore Landing about11 months ago and it appeared to be a nice quiet fair and decent place to live but after you move in things change, the street light was out when I moved in and has never been fixed and it is scary to go outside at night because you can’t see around you and every time you call or ask when it is going to be fix all you always get are excuses. I had a handicapped put in front of my apartment due to medical issues .well recently another person moved in the building and obtained a handicap decal so that it can park there even though this is where I have been parking BEFORE it ever moved in and no one ever bothered to park there (out of courtesy )now every time I leave and comeback this person pulls out the decal and parks there.reporting it to the office has done no good and I never got a response from them.loud music is playing often and I’m still waiting on some things inside my apartment to be fixed and the people working in the office will pretend like they’re trying to help you but it’s all fake they don’t care and they don’t want to be bothered if you’re looking for a place to rent keep looking I’m sad sorry frustrated and very disappointed with the way I have been treated and situations handled at Lakeshore Landing.HELP!!!!!!!"

"I've been at Lakeshore for almost 1 1/2 years and I've never had a problem! I submitted a maintenance request a few days ago and they got to it in no time! Very helpful people and communication is really good!"

"She is so nice she give the kids candy she gives me my keys when I forget them and she makes sure we are safe and protected does special things for the holidays me and my kids love them they are really good. She is a very good and hardworking manager"

"Mold everywhere. Rotted dry wall. Never taken care of. The first time they came out to “fix” the mold the guy told us it was mildew. However it was green/black and fuzzy. The second time they came back (because the mold came back) they sprayed bleach and when I had asked if it was bleach the guy said no so I put a towel down to catch the drip and OFCOURSE, it bleached my towel. Then when our bathroom ceiling started falling they decided to have it fixed (it does look like there was never an issue). The third time they came out to treat the mold I initially thought they had just painted over it but apparently that is how you treat it so I’m not sure why it wasn’t done the first 2 times. However, that has not fixed the issue because it’s still growing back."

"I moved to Lakeshore Landing last year. My experience has be great and made sure of that. She is AMAZING!! From the moment I heard her sweet voice on the phone she eliminated any worries or concerns I may have had. Alexis is awesome at what she does! She is kind, professional, intentional, and consistent.
