"I just wanted to address the comment about the office being dirty. It is not at all. I have been impressed with them having a waiting room for sick vs well babies AND an even more secluded area for new babies. We have been brought straight back to wait in a room when there have been a lot of sick kids because of having an infant. I think that is very smart and I appreciate it. I don’t feel like she remembers my kids really when we go but I have no idea how many patients she has so that could be a factor. I feel like the computer records make it hard for her to see medical history as well just due to some questions I’ve been asked but otherwise I think she is a fine doctor. She has even called me at home after hours to share results of medical tests."

"My kids love coming to the doctor. The environment is very clean. Dr. Grayson is very professional, caring, and truly treats the kids as if they were her own!! She gives great advice and makes you and the children feel at ease. It definitely will be difficult when my kids can't come anymore. She is truly a blessing!! We are Very satisfied whenever we come!! A God sent!!"

"I wouldn’t even give 1 star! Dr Grayson is a joke. I called ahead to make sure I had everything I needed. We were the first appt. I even arrived with my son 30 min ahead of time WITH all the paperwork filled out. Dr Grayson didn’t even see my son until 9:35, an hour after our appt time. Then she wouldn’t do a thing for my son. All because she didn’t have medical records. But yet they wouldn’t let me get the records requested prior to his appt. A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. Go to Gulf Coast Children’s Clinic. They will help your kids without all the BS!"

"Absolutely horrible! Two separate times they almost gave my son the wrong shots! The doctor stays on her computer instead of making rounds, the wait is ridiculous. If your appointment is at 10 you will not be finished until 11:30. When you try and call for an appointment you literally have to make it an all day thing, I had to call for 7 hours straight just to get in touch with someone to reschedule an appointment. When my son went in for his two year check up they tried to give him his 4 year shots!!!! I started to see this doctor solely based on the reviews I read which stated she's a great doctor. Huge mistake. The place is filthy as well. My husbands allergies go insane every time we go into a room and there is grime all over the walls. Worst experience ever. I feel ashamed for making my son go there and it will NOT happen again."
