"I've been going here for over 9 yrs now. They have had issues with staffing but have always made sure I see the therapist or my doctor for my meds. The nurse has always contacted me back if I have any issues. My child is now seeing them on the children's side. Never had an issue with co-pays or staff. I do have to remind them of my yearly update due to computer program not up to date."

"The Hernando branch of Region IV does not meet the DMH requirements for certification and should lose their certification. Staff is beyond awful. They don’t care and will lie and manipulate and blame as much as they can on patients and their families. The lack of concern with adhering to guidelines, policy and procedures mandated by the state contributes to invoking more mental distress in the patients and families they are here to help. The administration in Corinth needs to practice more oversight over this branch. Corinth admin, staff and facilities are excellent. Not sure why they allow Hernando to operate below standard state requirements If you have compliments or complaints please let the directors in Corinth know. Desoto County mental health patients deserve better service and care."

"Every time we have had an appointment set up they will call a day before to change the date or time last min for something else making it extremely inconvenient having to take off work and is completely unprofessional. Being told it is "policy" to come in monthly to get rx refills that have been prescribed the same for years instead of doing three month refills as most other places will. And now refuse to call in /refill my daughters medicine knowingly leaving her WITHOUT any medication at all for over two weeks until their "next opening" = medical malpractice. Knowingly damaging children's health /mental health for the greed of money and copays or their convenience is not acceptable. Do not recommend this place to anyone."
