"Dr. Hem mistreated my son who has Autism. My son left his office feeling blamed for his own problems and mocked for his struggles. He then sent a certified letter to him dismissing him from the practice. Pathetic."
"Dr. Hem is the best doctor I have ever had. I am not sure what happened with the other reviewer but I think she mistook his sometimes stern demeanor as rude. He spends at least a half hour with me or my wife each visit, going over records and treatments in a very meticulous manner. He cares about his patients and has even returned calls after hours. He is the type of doctor everyone dreams about. Short waits, long personal visits, careful consideration of patient concerns and needs. If you can get on his list of patients you will be very happy. We have been his patients for a couple years now and are extremely satisfied."
