I moved out of state and needed his shot records and the receptionist emailed them to me very fast. I loved my time here and they took good care of my baby. Thank you Gulf Coast Childrens Clinic!"

"Laziest set of nurses and doctors ever & the phone line is always busy. Sometimes for a whole day shift. Idk why I still allow my kids to go to this place well bc this where the doc sent me from delivery and I just hate to change their doctor but these nurses don’t even remember my children faces and some of them been employed the entire time. So that right there says a lot as well. Freeman has the worst attitude this is the Biloxi cedar lake clinic"

"This place is complete TRASH. Don’t bother complaining about ANYONE at this clinic because they’ll literally kick you out of the practice. My kids were seen here for a while, but we just couldn’t take the rudeness from the staff anymore—I see why their front desk people have a high turn over rate. We’ve run into several of them at other doctors offices, and they spilled the beans about how RUDE they are. Skip this filthy, horrible office and go ELSEWHERE."

"I come all the time my son takes meds he has to see doc every 3 months for I needed to pic his script up today they close at 5 yes I was pushing it yes it was 4:56 when I go to the door but yes it was locked!!! No one on there lights off I have NEVER worked anywhere that this is acceptable I would be fired. Worked at a credit union and bank we didn't lock doors till a minute after in case someone pulled up at close and would look around and hold door open if someone was outside on there way in. I passed the ladies on my way back to my car standing outside smoking and gossiping so they were clearly not in a hurry to be somewhere. I have much respect for healthcare workers especially now during these times I'm never rude wait an hour plus without asking am I next where is the doctor like I get it but I ask and deserve the same respect back I tried calling repeatedly on my way starting at 4:40 BUT they clearly could not be bothered or they would have known i was on my way to get his script and would be there BEFORE there closing time!!! Too much job security obviously I mean WOW I called numerous times today before someone finally answered the phone his medicine would've been ready early enough for me to pick up hours ago not OK really thinking I'll be looking for a different doctor for my kids"

"I heard great things about some of the doctors here and I have a newborn so I really want a great doctor. I went for a wellness check (took about 2.5 weeks in advance to schedule). I was unfortunately 10 min late because I have a toddler and so sometimes things are a hit or miss with being on time. My appointment was at 10, I arrived at 10:10. I didn't get into a room until 10:50. The nurse was nice and quickly took vitals and measurements and such. She then said it would be a couple minutes for the doctor. A couple minutes turned into about 40 min. I had even asked where the doctor was to the previous nurse and she told me "I'm up next" and I asked her if this was a normal wait, she told me to expect about 2 hour wait times for the doctors in their office (which in my opinion is ridiculous). Anyways, the doctor was nice but very rushed. I suppose it's a wellness check but I felt like the 2 questions I had were answered quickly and without explanation/details which didn't feel terribly comforting. The doctor promptly left after not even 10 min in the room (I think he may have been going to his lunch). The 2nd nurse administered shots, she was very nice and actually seemed like she wanted to listen to me (even though I was venting about the wait times with a now miserable newborn and toddler throwing tantrums). She was the only one that didn't seem rushed and seemed sympathetic. I finally was headed to my car after 2 hours. I'm also shocked that they ran out of a vaccine so I need to go back.. which I'm dreading (even though they say it will be fast, do they mean an hour wait "fast"?). I hope I can update this review with better things to say and just say that my previous experience was a fluke on an off day."
