"I'm not really sure how to feel. I was told that they'd call me to refill my son's prescriptions & that I wouldn't have to worry about forgetting the prescription being refilled. Well here we are today & down to two pills and I had to call them. The person who helped wasn't rude at all, but did mistake my son for not having updated insurance. But that was quickly resolved & since I can't get it delivered to my job I'll be picking it up tomorrow. Not bad, but also not the expectation that was set."
