"I am a regular there for years. Once a month massage with Paul, who is the BEST and manicure/pedicure with Vicki who is also the BEST. Both of these professionals make me feel like a valued client and friend. I wouldn't go anywhere else."
"Oasis is everything you would want in a spa. I have had neck and shoulder issues for over a month. Have gone to Kyle twice in the last few weeks for deep tissue. Absolutely the best massage therapist that I have ever been to. I tried the CBD treatment add on for the second massage. I think that it helped ease the pain of deep tissue massage. Would say worth it for first deep tissue if you want to try to apply more pressure or if already sore. Don’t think I will do CBD every time though. I will use Kyle every time though. Really that good."
"I don't normally write reviews however, I called to see if they had an opening and was asked to hold. Patiently I waited on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up and feeling like I was forgotten. Common curtesy would have been to at least let me know they haven't forgotten me and asked me to continue to hold. I called back and got an immediate answer that only said "please hold". In less than 2 minutes they came back and was available to assist me WITH AN ATTITUDE as if I was a burden. Only to tell me I can be put on a waiting list. I understand clients could have been walking in as I also work in the service industry. The 20 minutes on hold is completely unacceptable, especially when both employees I spoke with were extremely short and rude. I am assuming they do not want new business. Just a horrible first impression that put a very bitter taste in my mouth. I have zero interest of ever trying to come here and get any spa services. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE."
"I don’t usually leave reviews but I had the BEST lady who did my lash and brow tint today I couldn’t help it! If you go to Oasis Spa you have to ask for Lisa, she was so awesome. So sweet, personable, and kind. Oasis should be sure to keep her around because I’ll come back just to have her do my brows and lashes!"
