"1827 has some amazing rums. While I was their outside having samples of the different rums, the owner made me a drink with his blueberry rum and lemonade. The drink was really good. You really should stop by and do the tasting."
"Great little hidden gem in Concordia Parish. First legal distillery in Concordia Parish in more than 100 years. The name and the products all hold local historical meaning. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. If your through the area it’s a great place to stop and learn a little about the area and why not pick up a bottle of something special for the evening. It’s well worth it."
