"I am so thankful and pleased with the customer service at Mattress Direct. The gentleman who assisted us, Mr. Anthony was phenomenal. My husband and I have been looking for a mattress since December 2023. We have been to almost every mattress store on the coast and we were not pleased. When we went to one furniture store, the customer service was very unprofessional. We felt like they were not looking for our needs. They're pretty much trying to make a sell. When we walked into Mattress Direct. Mr. Anthony knew exactly what to say. We felt like he was concerned about our needs and wants. When we enter the mattress store, we were walking around touching all the mattresses. Mr. Anthony stopped us in our tracks and asked us what we were looking for something soft or firm. Once we explained to him what we were interested in, he took us to two mattresses. And we instantly fell in love with the two mattresses. Then he took us to a Tempur-pedic, and we were sold. He had the time and the patient, and he was very concerned about our needs."
