"Idk if the one midday clerk at drive thru doesn't know what she's doing, but she's sold me the wrong cigars a cpl times and when I try to verify the ones I've requested aren't in stock, she's snapped at me and walked ( shuffled, waddled) off. All other staff are pleasant and smiling and happy to be helpful, but that ONE needs lessons on how to be professional or at least grow a personality that isn't so rude. Ugh."
