Mike will even check his catalog if I ask about a certain item or flavor, and I will see it in the store 2 weeks later. "Extremely rude elderly man at the front. Never even told me hello. I had my vlogging camera with me and he told me he didn't like anyone videoing his business. Does he not realize everyone now has camera phone's and anyone can easily record? I respectfully but the camera away, but after that encounter he seemed to not be very interested in providing customer service, so I left and spent my money elsewhere."
