"Don't call them about a complaint. They will tell you do it yourself. Worked in customer service jobs before that were way more stressful than just cutting hair and I always treated people respectfully because that is someone else's child, or parent and I treated them like I would want mine treated. I guess not all people were raised with the same manners. Just remember, don't get mad when someone treats you or your family the way that you treat others."
