"Second weekend I’ve been in at about 3:00 on the weekend…same shift same girls…same experience…all I wanted is something to drink…ALL the icee machines blinking off, and NONE of tea containers made…they all have fresh plastic bags and are clean? But empty…two girls on duty…one waiting on customers with a smile on her face…the other leaned back on the back counter on her phone AGAIN …this time taking care of her business with netspin…this is the case every weekend lately…when I approached the girl on her phone she immediately copped an attitude with a mean look on her face…never apologized, but only said very cocky, “they never trained me to do that” told her “then we have a problem”…they either are putting you out here without any training, or you are just not doing you’re job”..if they were super busy I get it…I too have worked convenance stores. I don’t get how half of circle k’s business besides gas, is soft drinks an alcohol on a Sunday afternoon, and this girl is turning them away. it is not acceptable if you are not training them to do as simple a job as making tea and plugging in a syrup plug…the only reason I gave a 2 on the rating is because of the sweet attitude and smile of the one girl that was actually working…. I live right down the road and have been going there for 20 years…this is my first written rating"

"I'm reading some of these complaints about this circle k and I've never experienced anything like that before. I've been going to this gas station for over 4 years now and I've never had a bad experience. I always got in and out quick and the cashiers always greeted me and we're very nice. I don't know what those people that are complaining are talking about but it's all good! It gets five stars from me!"
