"If I could give it 0 stars I would. Purchased scrubs a week ago, letters started peeling off. I think her name is Rasputia anywho she told me I could not exchange them. And also said that they couldn’t give out corporate number because it’s “private info” welps someone is very ignorant because it’s a BUSINESS so it’s PUBLIC INFO!!! anywho made some calls and did research this business was dissolved and the next name “the uniform outlets of gulf coast” was rejected!!! I would not recommend purchasing anything from here they sell FAKE SCRUBS. EDIT: also I think she was pretty upset about not having lunch. Also she’s always on the phone everytime I go. Any who if you can barley see the picture use the fish photo for reference that’s what she resembles."

"Worst experience, call to see where there located and she. Tells me to hold then I go into store, she's sitting there on her phone , ask where are the men uniform she pointed towards the back and say last 3 racks in Back on the Left, ask 2 more time One ? "I was in this store yesterday Feb.13th I was in need of some surgical scrubs for work. I had called before I came all the way over there they told me they may have them but if not they have to look to see if they could order them. I did find a pair of x large pants which was way to big. We went over to ask a employee to help us. I tell you this employee had poor customer service!! We asked her if they had if she could help us she was unpacking some scrubs she told us to hold on. We stood there waiting for her help while she still unpacked stuff. Finally she helped us, I asked her if they had surgical scrubs she said no but she took us over to a catalog opened the book flipped to one page told us they had discontinued the surgical scrubs in the One brand never looking at any other’s just barely turning the pages. YOU NEVER tell a customer to wait while you could go right back to do what I saw wasn’t important as seeing to a customer’s needs. I’ve been in this store before never got poor customer service like that employee did us. It was alittle busy in the store but no one was getting employee help at that time. She should have never made us stand there like she did never talking to us after we asked for help she wasn’t helping any one else at that time. Poor customer service!"

"Came in to purchase a few items had alittle trouble finding exactly what i needed but the staff there was so helpful and polite helped me find What i needed and some shoes. I really appreciated the time they took to help me and also the store was nice clean..definitely coming back with some coworkers."

"Name is a bit misleading. Only uniforms they sell are hospital scrubs. Good selection of colors and patterns. Prices for name brands are cheaper than Amazon.they have a rewards club that makes it even better. If our of stock on a particular size or color you can order and have home delivery in a couple of days, although I can't remember if there is a sh charge. If you're in the medical field.
