"I came in to buy some ice and a couple of things to drink the Lady asked Another employee can she go get me a bag of ice the employee sat in the corner and pretended as if she didn't understand the question it was asked a couple times So the lady behind the counter who rang me up gave me the keys and the other employee proceeded to say you act like we have to go give them ice I could have taken the keys with me there was several other keys on the ring Very rude"
"First of all the bathrooms were not stocked and cleaned. The stall door lock in the men's bathroom doesn't work. As for buying and checking out in the store part, the checkout computer had issues and no one there could fix it. Lastly they couldn't even take cash. Not everyone pays with card. Overall poor service. I don't recommend stopping here."
"Store is not 24 hours. Doors are locked around 2:30am for no apparent reason."
"The reviews on here are from a year ago. Now since all of the changes in last few months not near the store it was a year ago. It’s the best looking store in Natchez but the staff and all have totally change nothing is ever stocked they will be stocking stuff in the busiest time. Usually one person on registers with a line of people. I have seen it several times when you stand there to get some food finally when you go to the door one or two will come from back to fix you some food. Totally different atmosphere then from a year ago. All the old people were great wrong move to move all of them out."
"The Morning shift, including MS. Susan, MS. Deb and the 2 other ladies and even the man cleaning the Windows treated/provided us with the best service that I have ever experienced in a Convenience Store. Thanks, I will be returning."
