"Loves Pharmacy is a family owned pharmacy that is beyond reproach with customer service, cleanliness, and all around better atmosphere. It's evident the minute you walk in they pride themselves on treating their customers with respect and take pride in their store and respect their customers. I used the Loves Diamondhead location today after yet another abysmal experience with CVS Diamondhead and will use Loves Pharmacy even if it costs me more out of pocket to avoid CVS Diamondhead. It took them less than 5 minutes to fill a script that CVS had just told me would take 7 hours to fill."
"In January, I moved a prescription to this pharmacy. Apparently, there was an issue with the manufacturer and I had to get the doctor to change the prescription to a delayed release tablet and I was without the drug for several days. Prescription was updated and several refills were approved. Fast forward to today and I get a call about the exact same issue, but the pharmacist accused me of "getting ugly" when I questioned her about the previous episode. If it's important for you to actually get the prescription, other accommodations may be appropriate."
