"Got some knotless braids and they turned out great, but the lady was very rude. When I first arrived, she was talking on her phone, she only paused to ask what color hair I wanted and then she continued her conversation for the next hour. Additionally, any time she needed me to turn a certain way or correct my position, she said it with aggression and in a very rude way, almost like she was talking to a child, though I wouldn't even talk to a child that way. I like the results but I will not be visiting again as I was soooo anxious to leave halfway through my appointment."
"Had an appointment scheduled last week that was pushed back to a later start time and then the same appointment was canceled last minute because the stylist said that she was sick which I totally understood but I was kind of upset because I waited over a month for this appointment. At first the stylist gave me the option to come in Wednesday at 3 pm but then told me to come in Saturday at 5 because someone had already booked I was okay with that. Today a hour before my appointment I texted her for the location where I was supposed to meet her and she replied that she forgot to text me to let me know that she wasn’t doing hair today! Who does that? I was so disappointed because I’ve had my hair done by her but I don’t like the fact that she was so inconsiderate of my time. This is the second week in a row that I’ve prepped my hair for braids that I didn’t get! I never thought I would have anything bad to say. I used to look at the bad reviews like wow that wasn’t my experience at all but now here I am!"
