"I have short hair and this is the worst haircut of my life! I was in the chair for 9 minutes. My sides are lopsided, and the trimming around my ears is horrible! Don’t go here!"
"Stay away from this place. The worst customer service imaginable. First, I asked if they knew how to cut curls. They said yes. They cut my mom's hair in 10 minutes. They did not even style my mom's hair when she asked them to. The stylist said she did not have time and had another customer. Why would you think you could cut someone's hair and then let that person walk out of the salon with a WET HEAD. They let my mom walk out of their salon with a wet head with absolutely no shame. Then, I asked for a refund. The owner, Karen, threatened to call the police and said we wanted a "free hair cut"...please!! Even if this place offered free hair cuts I wouldn't go. My mom wanted a swinging bob hair cut, and my mom came out looking like someone put a bowl on her head and cut around it. TERRIBLE!!! I had to go to another salon and pay an extra $60 to fix the mess they made. I contacted my bank, showed them the pictures of the mess and guess what? Even they agreed, because what kind of salon does this to their customer and is proud of their work. I got my money back. This place is a joke."
