"Would give zero stars if I could. The girl doing my nails seemed rushed, even though I was the only one in there, and was aggravated every time I would look at my nails and request a change. If someone is paying for something, it needs to be how they like, and it not be made to be inconvenient. Also attached is a photo of what I asked for vs what I got. Again, I expressed concern and she was acting pissed about it. Almost $100 and they are probably the worst nails I’ve ever gotten. I cried in my car and then paid $45 at a salon across the street for them to fix it."

"I WOULD GIVE (0) ZERO STARS, IF I COULD! I SPECIFICALLY TOLD “PUDA” THAT’S WHAT SHE TOLD ME HER NAME WAS WHEN I ASKED HER. BEFORE SHE WAXED MY EYEBROWS I EXPLAINED TO HER I HAD STITCHES TAKEN OUT OF MY EYEBROWS ABOUT 5 WEEKS AGO AND TO ONLY WAX THE END OF MY EYEBROW AND DON’T WAX WHERE THE STITCHES WERE. SHE STILL TOOK IT UPON HERSELF TO WAX THE WHOLE BOTTOM PART OF MY LEFT EYEBROW AND SHOWED ME THE RESULTS. I IMMEDIATELY GOT UPSET AND ASKED HER WHY DID SHE DO THAT? SHE RESPONDED BY SAYING I CAN JUST WAX MORE OFF YOUR RIGHT EYEBROW OFF TO MATCH THE OTHER ONE OR PENCIL IT IN? WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO DO THAT WHEN SHE COULD HAVE SIMPLY DID WHAT I ASKED? FROM A PERSON THAT PRACTICES SELF CARE AND TREAT PEOPLE RIGHT AND IN HER PROFESSION THEIR #1 JOB IS TO DO WHAT THE CUSTOMER DESIRES!!!!! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND ABSURD!!!!!! I WILL NEVER RETURN AND WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO ME. AFTER MY ACCIDENT AND GETTING MY STITCHES OUT AND LETTING MY HAIR GROW BACK AS MUCH AS IT COULD, I WAS TRULY CONFIDENT THAT THIS SHOP COULD MAKE ME FEEL LIKE MYSELF AGAIN, BUT INSTEAD I LEFT HYSTERICAL AND UNDENIABLY UPSET. MIGHT I ADD SHE COMPLETELY DISREGARDED MY WISHES AND WAS NOT REMORSEFUL AT ALL AFTERWARDS. AND SHE LEFT WAX RESIDUE ALL OVER MY FACE."

"I went for a pedicure. The staff was all super friendly and very experienced. They even upgraded my pedicure for free! Coffee and tea gratis . Highly highly recommend Bellagio!"

"Came here a year ago and didn't like it plus super over priced. Went there again with a group yesterday dreading it, but hoping it would be better. Nope. Pedicure, still over priced but ok. Had a simple design that I told the lady twice how I wanted it. She didn't do it. Kept quiet about it, not the end of the world. But today the polish is chipping off. Noticed the process wasn't ANYTHING like the place I normally go to. Shame on me for trying this place again. $60 plus dollars down the drain."

"So I came in with the intentions to get a manicure, pedicure and eyebrows arched. As I set down I proceeded to say that I wanted designs on both my toes and hands. As the young lady was doing my hands a yt woman comes in and requested her services. My girl STOPPED doing my nails and proceeded to help her. Like literally stopped and made me wait until she was done with her. I’ve never! I’m a big tipper and a respectful client. I was so upset I wanted to just leave. I will NEVER return back here if this is how they treat people. She ended up over charging me for a rush job because I changed my mind on the designs, gel, and eyebrows. My nails are sloppy and unclean."
