"The most horribly ran business i have ever dealt with. They have no concept of customer service. 8 years they gladly took my money without having to deal with me making a claim. They treated me like garbage. Cant return a call, want to make excuses why they cant pick up the phone. However they arent too bust to call and harass my mortgage company asking where the check is. Stan Gartman is a blowhard and a liar. Please do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY from this company, you will be glad in the long run that you do."

"This insurance agency doesn't deserve one star. Horrible "customer" service. Had gartman insurance for 7 years and never made a claim. We were treated more like a liability rather than a customer. Would not recommend this agency to cover a shed, much less than our home. Our insurance was canceled via a letter to not only the wrong physical address , but they had our email address and phone number, in which someone could have reached out to schedule an inspection rather than cancel us. Had nothing but trouble with this agency for years. So glad we no longer deal with them."
