"Ronni Maxsoe is perfectly pleasant to speak with on the phone, assuming you can ever get him to take your call. Maxsoe Insurance has been my agent through three policy terms now, and it's been my experience that he is near impossible to reach when problems arise. His voicemail is constantly full, not that he'd return your call anyway if you could leave a message. He rarely responds to emails or texts. I've been chasing him over policy issues with our provider (SageSure) for months now (current drama began 5/29/23). It was the same when issues needed addressing in a previous policy term. Short of physically going to the office in Slidell, I'm at a complete loss in terms of trying to get any communication or movement from him. I will give him credit as to getting *some* policy changes done when asked but the headache involved is nowhere near outweighed by him eventually doing the job that I've paid him for. I have no evidence of any added benefit to doing business with Ronni over any other agent. Simply put, avoid Maxsoe Insurance."

"I called Ronnie back in September of ‘22 to get some insurance, he seemed really nice and knowledgeable at first and was always quick to call or answer the phone… He never contacted my mortage company and gave them my new insurance like he said he did. Then comes November when I found out that I'm still not covered, and contacted Ronnie, he blames my mortgage co and then signs me onto an Insurance premium that was $1,000 more then what I agreed to AND DOESNT TELL ME ANYTHING!! This caused a lapse in coverage and caused the escrow to be charged $1,878.96, which in turn jacked my mortgage up over $400 a month!!! When I talked to Ronnie Maxcoe about this he assured me that he was on it and would get back to me and then he ghosted me. He never got back to me, and now won't answer or return my calls."

"When our current insurance company went bankrupt, I reached out to Ronnie inquiring about new insurance. He was who I previously used. After a week, I did not hear back from him, so I worked with my mortgage company to find someone else. A MONTH AND A HALF LATER, my mortgage company reaches out to inform me that I have two active insurance policies. Something told me this had to do with Ronnie, so I called him. He thought I still needed insurance, so he signed us up for a policy A MONTH AND A HALF LATER without my consent. Because of this, our monthly note is going from $1050 to $1500. He did send me an email about a week prior to this…asking me to sign for this new policy. I never signed it. I never replied. Yet here we are. Hence why I figured this man did something without my consent. Ronnie is NOT the insurance guy to work with. Something is very shady here and there is absolutely no communication.
