"Couldn’t help me with what I needed even though they have dealt with me only for years"

"I originally called requesting a quote for a commercial hot shot quote which was over a week ago approximately nine days. I have not received a call back not once I had to call in and request to speak to Don two times now only to be told bad news that means he had the news just didn’t call me back. For 2 1/2 years I worked in the insurance business I would talk to my clients daily not getting a call or any updates isn’t good. Seems like a nice guy but I don’t know. I’m not one to leave bad reviews that this office in one other local broker are in the same boat I have not had any calls back about a quote it over 8 days"
