We went in and were scheduled for surgery within a matter of minutes. They took the time to review my child’s medical history before they walked in the room.On the day of surgery, they took us back made sure we understood everything and got started. My child has a bit of anxiety, but they were extremely patient and understanding. I’ve been telling everyone how wonderful they are. If you require oral or facial surgery, this is the place to visit."

"Well, where do I start? First, Shay, Sylvia, and the insurance lady were nice. I have PTSD brought on by my stroke and COVID so when I hear sudden noises or constant noises it makes me very irritable. I mean EXTREMELY! Some of the staff were popping bubble wrap and it bothered me. Shay asked them to stop and told them it was scaring me, and I heard laughter. Now my psychiatrist has taught me some coping techniques, but I wasn't scared of the noises I was irritated. If I had my full capability to walk, I would have probably gotten in trouble. They were also discussing patients business where everyone in the lobby could hear. My mom was in the lobby hearing them discussing how I was scared of them popping bubble wrap. If they have nothing to do, go home and play with their bubble wrap. I think I will be finding another oral surgeon."

"We was well taken care of from the first day we went till the last visit. They went above and beyond to make sure that my son and I was comfortable and taken good care of. The staffs in the office was very caring and respectful at all of our visits. The staffs during and after his surgery was amazing. When I tell you they was on top of everything, I meant every word. They made sure we was our first time when we came on the wrong date. We drove 3.5 hours to get there. Every time we went to his appointment, they wasn't long at all. They make you feel right at home and safe. My son surgery went very well and the recovery was fantastic. He look amazing and he look totally different.
