"I took an online order to the store for return (as the website said i could) . The computer system would not allow the return. Destin (assistant manager) stepped in and fought hard to try to get it to work but the computer would not allow it. He politely apologized and said he would handle the return and would get back to me. His professionalism is the reason I will drive out of my way to shop at that store now vs. ordering online. Great job Destin!"
"Cody, Colby and Jeffrey have excellent customer service at the Johnston & Murphy in Pearl Outlets Mall. Jeffrey had hold some blue shoes that were on sale. I live an hour a away and Colby had stay open almost a hour after closing to make sure I can come in and buy the shoes. Colby didn't have to stay open late and I really appreciate him for doing that.I highly recommend anyone to come to this store for the excellent customer service."
