"If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. DO NOT BUY from this place!!! The owner is a thief! A car was bought for my mother and a warranty was paid. The owner pocketed the warranty money for himself so when my mom got in an accident, she couldn’t do anything about it because the owner Donny, never paid it!!!! He owes my our family money but he keeps hiding. Save yourself the trouble and don’t go to this dump! This will be reported to the news stations too!"
"This place is horrible! I purchased a 2015 Nissan Altima from them in 2020 and have had nothing but problems with it. I contacted them numerous times after buying it and got no resolution. So I am now having to take legal steps to get a resolution."
"We got a good deal on a used car at this business. Kerry and Donny took good care of us through the test drive and buying process and didn't pressure us - much appreciated! They were honest about the condition of the vehicle and what they knew of its history. Two months later we are still happy customers. So I would say Wilson Auto is a good place to shop for a used car or truck."
"Completely unprofessional. Shady business at its finest. Go there at your own risk. I've been faithful them a whole year despite the fact the owner was arrested for having stolen vehicles. Twice!! Despite the fact the transmission went out a little over 3 months after purchase and the told me they wouldn't fix it and it's still under warranty. Crazy thing is, since all the original people I've dealt no longer work there, I've had issues with the new ones. I've went without a tag for a whole month because of some paperwork that was never sent in. They expected me to make payments for vehicle I didn't even know was legit or not. I missed one payment and they came and took that vehicle. After all the trouble I went through with them. After being lied to constantly about something they failed to do. Quite frankly, they can keep it. To whomever does business with them, be careful."
