"Manager was extremely rude after asking the cashier to change my order. After checking the manger gave me what she wanted me to have and the food was very very old. store 76 in Columbia Manager Crystal E. poor customer service. Bill 55.00+"

"Only giving a 1 because there is no 0. While in Columbia we decided to stop at Popeyes because we love the food. Only one other person was inside, and he was standing to the side as though he had already placed his order. I realized that there were a couple of cars at the drive through, but I have never been to a restaurant where no one even acknowledges that you are there. The young man on the fryer was just standing there looking at us. After waiting for a while (no one is in the place but us and the same young man), my sister decided to go to the restroom. When she returned she asked if they had acknowledged us yet, our answer was still NO. I am happy that I don't live in Columbia or I would have to drive to the next town or bypass Popeyes. I do not recommend THIS Popeyes, but highly recommend Popeyes in other locations. Customer service is an all time low today. I understand if they are upset because it's the day after Christmas and they are working. Please do better. Hungry Person Headed To Hattiesburg."

"Don’t bother ordering online. They won’t even pull your receipt off the printer until you get there. Then of course they were out of the chicken I ordered, even though I placed the order 30 minutes prior to my arrival. Then it took 25 additional minutes for them to have my order ready. So, in total 50 minutes for a 12 piece meal. Unacceptable."

"I used to always eat here but it’s slowly got worse and worse. The staff were very rude from the start today. I asked why I couldn’t mobile order. They said it was an app error but it clearly isn’t because google says they’re closed today too! But they’re open! Then they proceed to get my order wrong on multiple points I ordered a number 3 (chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon) and they just gave me a chicken sandwich after I paid for the bacon and cheese. I asked for mac and cheese and they rung me up for mashed potatoes. The lady at the window was very rude and when she spoke spit flew into my face. They didn’t give my wife her blackened ranch and when she went inside they ignored her for ten minutes and were rude every time she asked. I pulled up to wait for her when a man asked me to go park my car cause I was blocking the lane. I apologized and moved forward so they could pass to which he then called me ignorant and STUPID despite me being considerate and apologizing. I will not eat here again. It’s disgusting to be treated this way. Edit: Sandwich was over cooked and disgusting. Threw it away. 20 dollars and thirty minutes of my time wasted."
